About the Role :

Are you passionate about the hospitality industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an energetic, reliable Barback to support our bartending team and keep the bar running smoothly at our new Wolfgang Puck Bars & Bites ! At Tailwind, we pride ourselves on providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to travelers from around the world. As a Barback, you will be responsible for support our bartenders in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve creating a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring they leave with a smile and a sense of satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Stock and restock bar with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other bar supplies throughout the shift
• Assist bartenders in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
• Ensure all areas behind the bar remain clean and free of spills, broken glass, and other hazards
• Replace kegs, change soda lines, and dispose of empty bottles or trash quickly and efficiently
• Refill ice bins and maintain ice supply during busy service hours
• Help with end-of-shift breakdown, cleaning, and restocking
• Wash and sanitizing glasses
• Support overall bar operations and jump in where needed to keep service flowing
