Shift : Nights – 3×12 Hours (18 : 45–07 : 15)

(4×12s available upon request; assignments up to 52 weeks available)

Scheduling Details

Shift : 3×12s (18 : 45–07 : 15)

4×12s available by request

Contract Length : Standard 13 weeks; extensions up to 52 weeks available

Charting : EPIC experience required

Floating :

Staffing reassessed every 4 hours

Traveler may float 2–3 times per shift (up to every 4 hours)

May also float to CRCH – Inpatient Rehab

Weekend Requirement :

Every other weekend OR 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule block

Holiday Requirement :

Must work 1 holiday per 13-week contract

First-Time Travelers Accepted : Yes

Locals Accepted : Yes (follow radius rule per submittal instructions)

Pending License : Accepted only if candidate holds a single-state license from a non-compact state

RTO : All requests must be included at submission

No Christmas RTO can be approved

Call-Off Policy : Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

ACLS

BLS

Required Clinical Skills

Candidates must be proficient in the following :

IV therapy, phlebotomy, and blood product administration

Central line care, trach management, and non-invasive airway support (nasal cannula, CPAP / BiPAP, chest tubes – Emerson / PleurEvac)

Cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, titration of cardiac drips

Responding to emergencies (Rapid Response / Code)

PCA and Heparin protocols

Administering IV insulin and managing metabolic / endocrine conditions

Telemetry and stepdown-level patient care (PCU / DOU / IMC)

Cardiovascular experience including pre / post cardiac cath

Unit Details

PCU Ratios : 5 : 1

Med-Surg Ratios : 6 : 1 (may flex to 7 : 1)
