As an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents encountered during patrols. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances or unauthorized access within the property. Communicate with property management, tenants, and / or visitors as needed to address concerns or provide assistance. Complete required documentation and daily activity reports accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements

Lifting more than 20 lbs is preferred. CPR or First Aid certification is preferred. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Lifting up to 20 lbs is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
