Rate : $22.2 / hr

Requirements :

Active LPN license in the state of Georgia.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or long-term care facility.

Covid Vaccination Card

Valid photo ID

BLS (AHA or Red Cross)

ACLS (AHA or Red Cross)

NIH(ASA)

2 Supervisory References

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report changes to supervising nurses or physicians.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and feeding support.

Maintain accurate patient documentation and charts.

Support infection control, safety, and quality assurance practices.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
