Drive operational excellence across all areas of the restaurant

Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve peak performance

Hire, train, and develop high-potential team members

Ensure every guest leaves happier than they arrived

Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills :

5+ years of full service restaurant management experience, including 2+ as GM

Proven ability to manage P&L, labor, and food cost

Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, positive approach

Passion for hospitality, people development, and guest satisfaction
