Job Summary and Responsibilities

Are you keenly observant, highly responsible, and committed to patient safety? Join us to provide vigilant care for high-risk patients through in-person or camera / monitor technology!

You'll be instrumental in preventing adverse events, maintaining focus, and communicating critical information.

You will :

Continuous Observation : Maintain constant, visible contact with assigned patients (in-person or via streaming video). Observe for physical, emotional, mental changes; signs of deterioration, agitation, impulsiveness, unassisted movement, line / tube interference, vomiting with masks.

Critical Communication : Promptly communicate all patient requests and reported changes to staff; escalate as necessary per protocol.

Environment & Activities : Maintain a clean, safe environment; provide diversional activities as designated.

Documentation : Accurately document observations and actions.

Utensil Management : Document utensils into / out of patient rooms.

Required Education and Experience : Any combination of related education and experience demonstrating job knowledge / abilities.

Pay Range

$19.25 - $22.28 / hour
