Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
- Supervising and mentoring restaurant staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitoring food quality, presentation, and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain stock levels
