Location : UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, Aurora, CO

Department : UCHlth Enterprise Float Pool

FTE : Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift : Nights

Pay : $35.29 - $54.71 / hour, dependent on relevant experience.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • 6 months of ICU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
  • Current ACLS certification.
  • Current BLS certification, valid through sixty days of hire.

  • Provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Prioritize wellness, patient-centered care, and evidence-based practices.
  • Mentor new team members and share your knowledge in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality at the point of care.

    • ICU Responsibilities :

  • Deliver direct care in the Intensive Care Unit within a technically complex setting.
  • Implement evidence-based care models aligned with AACN's Synergy Model and various specialty standards.
  • Receive guidance and individualized education from Clinical Educators for competency validation throughout your orientation.
