About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on Head of Sales to lead our growing team from our Bellevue, Washington office. This is an onsite, key leadership role where you’ll shape our sales strategy and significantly contribute to our next phase of growth. You will scale a mature sales function by bringing greater structure, discipline, and outbound focus. You’ll own new business acquisition, act as executive sponsor on key deals, partner with leadership on account expansion strategy, and help drive growth in our self-service channel. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work alongside your team—actively engaging in deals while building, motivating, and holding the team accountable.

Compensation and Benefits : This role offers a competitive salary in the range of $140,000–$230,000, plus bonus and stock options. We also provide comprehensive medical benefits.
