Key Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming leads and conduct follow-up calls to convert prospects into clients
- Provide product demonstrations and answer client inquiries to foster trust and understanding
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas set by management
- Share market insights and feedback to improve our services and sales strategy
