Senior Civil-Transportation Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Civil-Transportation Engineer to join our clients team in Haddonfield NJ. This is a critical leadership role responsible for managing and executing complex civil engineering projects focused on roadway traffic and stormwater design for state and municipal agencies throughout New Jersey.

The ideal candidate possesses strong project leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering detailed design plans from conception through final documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical leader on various civil engineering projects specializing in transportation and municipal infrastructure.
• Lead the preparation and review of CD / PD / FD (Concept Design / Preliminary Design / Final Design) plans for local and state agencies.
• Design and implement traffic control staging plans for complex construction projects.
• Develop comprehensive stormwater management and drainage systems designs ensuring compliance with all local and state regulations.
• Manage project schedules budgets and deliverables ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients regulatory agencies and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance across project execution.
