Job descriptionPlan & facilitate jobs to technicians and or detail Input technician hours into system Check vehicles into system Create tickets for vehicles / details Schedule vehicles into system Professional phone etiquette / taking messages / communicating information to Service Advisor Full time position - Monday - Friday (7 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.) Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience in Microsoft programs Professional phone etiquette / taking messages Must be able to work in a "fast paced environment"
