Senior Website Marketing Manager

The Senior Website Marketing Manager will join the core B2B Marketing team to own the global website experience's end-to-end strategy, creation, and optimization. This critical role leads the evolution of a world-class digital presence, managing both internal resources and external development agencies. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Engineering, and DevOps teams (and external agencies) to ensure our website is fast, stable, secure, and continuously optimized to drive business growth. This is a unique opportunity for a digital leader who combines marketing acumen with strong technical fluency and a passion for building modern, high-performing web experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of website initiatives-from strategy and requirements through design, development, QA, and launch.
• Manage and guide external web development agencies and technical partners , ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive website roadmap aligned to business goals, marketing priorities, and user needs.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics, projecting manage website initiatives to success completion.
• Oversee and guide rollout of new pages, content hubs, and microsites , ensuring alignment with brand, messaging, and conversion goals.
• Partner with DevOps and Engineering teams to manage build pipelines, release cycles, and deployment processes across staging, QA, and production environments.
• Oversee the site infrastructure and integrations , including APIs, webhooks, and connections with analytics, CRM, and marketing automation systems.

Annual Salary Range (bonus and equity included in addition to the below numbers)

$160,000 — $180,000 USD
