The Novant Health Southeastern Spine Institute is a world-class specialty center offering best in class health expertise, technology, and procedures, including : Close Working Relationship with Your Referring Physician Personalized Exercise / Stretching programs (including a home program) Individualized Spine / Orthopedic Rehabilitation Guided Pain Management program Vestibular and Balance Rehabilitation Certified Manual Techniques (including Trigger Point Dry Needling, Graston) Pre- and Post-Surgical Rehabilitation and Education Kinesiotaping (KT) Education in Body Mechanics, Posture, and Ergonomics What We're Looking For : Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited PT program. Licensure / Certification : Appropriate state PT license, required. What You'll Do : The Physical Therapist is an essential part of our team and helps to improve the lives of the patients. Key duties include : Patient Assessment and Diagnosis : Reviewing patient medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and diagnosing movement dysfunctions and physical conditions. Treatment Planning : Developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans with clear goals to improve movement, manage pain, and restore function. Therapeutic Interventions : Administering treatments using a variety of techniques and equipment Patient and Family Education : Advising patients and their families on home treatment options, exercises, the recovery process, and injury prevention strategies to promote overall wellness. Collaboration and Supervision : Consulting and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure remarkable patient care.
