VP of R&D and Innovation

A company is looking for a VP of Research and Development and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and deliver the Innovation pipeline and develop innovative strategies to enhance scientific capabilities and product offerings

Lead the end-to-end innovation process, transforming research concepts into viable, commercialized products

Build and manage a high-performing R&D function, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant scientific field

12+ years of progressive experience in Innovation, R&D, or Product Development with leadership roles in relevant sectors

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical product innovation processes and experience in large-scale operations

Demonstrated success in building and managing R&D teams and infrastructure

Deep understanding of regulatory and operational environments for product development
