About the Position :

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Cook  to join our dynamic culinary team. This position plays a key role in executing dinner service for our a la carte restaurants, member events, and private functions. Ideal candidates are those who take pride in consistency, organization, and craftsmanship, and who are eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and execute menu items for dinner service and events to the Club’s high standards.
• Maintain mise en place and ensure readiness for service.
• Cook and plate dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Assist in the production of sauces, stocks, and menu prep as needed.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on specials and seasonal features.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
