• Note : This is an on-site position, based at UPMC Altoona.

As a Telehealth Triage Coordinator , you'll be the essential link between patients and remote Infectious Diseases Physicians, facilitating real-time consultations in a hospital setting. Using a mobile telehealth cart, you'll guide and support each visit - positioning patients, assisting with physical assessments, and ensuring the physician can clearly visualize and interact with the patient. You'll also help triage patient needs and provide health information under the direct supervision of the physician.
