Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for the clinical and technical leadership of the Respiratory Care staff.
- Ensure effective daily operation over area of responsibility.
- Encompass responsibility for administering respiratory care under a physician's order including, but not limited to, all types of oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, intubation, arterial puncture and analysis, and mechanical ventilation of adult / pediatric / neonatal patients.
- Will plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy and facilitates the rental of equipment as needed.
- Understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values and management of patient care services.
