Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for the clinical and technical leadership of the Respiratory Care staff.
  • Ensure effective daily operation over area of responsibility.
  • Encompass responsibility for administering respiratory care under a physician's order including, but not limited to, all types of oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, intubation, arterial puncture and analysis, and mechanical ventilation of adult / pediatric / neonatal patients.
  • Will plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy and facilitates the rental of equipment as needed.
  • Understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values and management of patient care services.

    Licensure

    Registered Respiratory Therapist Required NC Respiratory Care Practitioner Required. Must have at time of hire

    Education

    Associate's Degree Respiratory Therapy Required

    Experience

    1 Year Clinical - Respiratory Therapy Required
