  • Position Overview
  • We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused
  • Member Services Representative
  • to serve as an advocate and primary point of contact for our members. This role is responsible for addressing inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, referrals, claims, and other aspects of health plan services. The ideal candidate will deliver superior customer service while maintaining professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to member questions and concerns via phone, email, and other channels
  • Provide accurate information regarding benefits, eligibility, referrals, and claims
  • Ensure member satisfaction through timely and empathetic support
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and organizational standards
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve member issues efficiently
  • Document interactions and outcomes in the system accurately
  • Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of call center experience
  • Bilingual fluency (written and verbal) in Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese is required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and organizational skill
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with a
  • health plan or healthcare organization
  • Familiarity with member services, claims, or benefits administration

    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr.
