What We’re Looking For!

We’re looking for an excellent Journeyman Plumber to join our team in Chelmsford, MA .  The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with field experience, great communication skills, and an awesome team player!

What We Offer!

  • $30 to $45 / hr. (Depending on skills and experience)
  • Signing Bonus of $2,500; $1,000 of it paid out with first paycheck, the remaining $1,500 paid out in increments of $375.00 after each 3 months of completed employment, full balance to be completed after 1 year of employment

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions
  • Install, maintain, and repair sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, heating systems, and associated fixtures and appliances in residential homes
  • Design and inspect plumbing systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure they comply with regulatory codes
  • Must be able to work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Must have strong technical skills, be a master at troubleshooting and enjoy dealing with people

  • You are a licensed Journeyman Plumber in the state of MA
  • 1+ years of experience residential plumbing experience
  • Experience in running residential service calls
  • Customer-focused with very good communication skills
  • You have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Self-motivated, accountable, values high-integrity
  • You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass criminal background and drug test
