ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Summary :

Messerli Kramer is a leading law firm in the twin cities founded in 1965 with locations in Minneapolis, St. Paul and Plymouth, Minnesota. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented & on-site Accounting Manager to support our Plymouth Division. This Division provides consumer collections services to financial institutions. The Accounting Manager oversees the accounting team of 15+ staff and manages the accounting and collections processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. This role also maintains 40+ trust accounts and a $2M+ accounts receivable portfolio.

The stating wage for this position is $90,000-$115,000 / year based on relevant experience

Essential Functions and Duties :

Supervise team of Accounting Representatives

• Interviewing & Hiring of Staff
• Training & Development
• Scheduling & Timekeeping
• Conducting Annual Performance Reviews

Oversee the completion of daily tasks by team members including hands on handing of tasks as needed

This role operates in a professional office setting, routinely working with standard office equipment. Compensation details : 90000-115000 Yearly Salary
