Qualifications
Required Qualifications : + Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product / service / project / program management or software development + OR equivalent experience. - 4+ years of hands-on experience in User Experience (UX) or User Interface (UI) design and development. + 1+ years of experience working with AI assistants or agents, including designing or integrating AI-powered experiences.
Preferred Qualifications : + Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product / service / program management or software development + OR equivalent experience. + 4+ years of experience bringing products or features to market, including design, product-market fit validation, and launch execution (internal tools or frameworks included).
