A company is looking for a Post-Issue Operations Specialist to manage post-issue transactions in a remote, temp-to-hire role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage policy modifications, exchanges, surrenders, claims, and payment processing
Provide backup call center support and update the admin portal as needed
Participate in team initiatives and training sessions via video
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a life insurance post-processing environment
Experience with payment processing
Technical experience, preferably with JIRA
Ability to actively participate in virtual team meetings and projects
