Qualifications :

  • AAS / BS in Nursing.
  • Active Louisiana RN license.
  • 3+ years clinical & supervisory experience.
  • Experience in juvenile detention, correctional, or high-acuity settings preferred.
  • Strong crisis management & team leadership skills.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead nursing staff and manage 24 / 7 scheduling.
  • Oversee sick calls and documentation.
  • Manage meds inventory and admin records.
  • Train staff on policies and best practices.
