Operations Lead - Ai Fintech— San Francisco

A fast-growing AI company building automation for financial compliance is hiring an Operations Lead to work directly with the CEO across strategy, GTM, product, and internal operations. This is a true 0→1 role for someone who’s entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable owning problems end-to-end.

What you’ll do :

• Partner with leadership on strategy, operations, and company-wide priorities
• Prepare and participate in sales calls, demos, and industry conferences
• Improve internal processes and help expand the product into new markets
• Build foundations for future hiring across GTM, product, and customer success
• Identify bottlenecks, design solutions, and execute independently with high quality
