Travel Nursing Job Details

Location : Denver, CO 80218 – Colorado nursing jobs

Facility Setting : Pre-op and PACU (10 beds each)

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 1 / 5 / 2026 – End : 4 / 6 / 2026)

Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM (12-hour day shifts)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1470–$1570

Employment Type : On-site travel nurse assignment

Call Requirement : Night call shifts as needed

PACU RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Colorado or compact state

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Minimum 1 year of recent PACU or Pre-op RN experience

Experience with a variety of surgical cases in a hospital or clinical setting

Meditech EMR experience preferred

Ability to float between Pre-op and PACU units as needed

PACU Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in both Pre-op and PACU environments

Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia after surgical procedures

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Document patient care using Phillips monitors and Meditech EMR systems

Participate in required call shifts, including night coverage

Float between Pre-op and PACU units to support clinical operations

Maintain a positive, flexible attitude and contribute to a supportive healthcare team environment
