Data Center Technician

Follows procedures to communicate, report, and escalate incidents to appropriate Datacenter Technician Leads

• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 1-4 years of experience in data center or server operations
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components.
• Must have good networking knowledge.
• Experience working as a cable technician, puller, or a warehouse environment
• Basic site setup following documented procedures (safety protocols, deployment standards, and planned Network Design Tasks (NDTs)).
• Strong understanding of EHS principles and experience implementing safety programs in technical environments.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Experience with ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and asset management platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, VA.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $58.00 / hr.
