Litigation Paralegal

A respected national law firm—known for its collaborative culture and high-impact work—is seeking a talented Litigation Assistant to join its Larkspur, CA team. This role is hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) and offers the chance to work with an experienced group of attorneys on meaningful, complex matters.

About the Opportunity

This position supports a fast-paced litigation team handling significant caseloads across California and occasionally other jurisdictions. Experience with insurance subrogation or insurance defense is a plus (not required), but strong fundamentals of litigation and an ability to anticipate what comes next are key.

Day to Day :

You'll be a core member of the litigation team, assisting with :

• Preparing and filing complaints and coordinating service
• Drafting and filing motions, deposition notices, and other pleadings
• Preparing inspection / claim notices and drafting case reports
• Managing and updating electronic calendaring systems
• Filing in state and federal courts
• Organizing and maintaining case files (electronic + paper)
• Summarizing key documents, preparing damage summaries, and assembling demand packages
• Providing consistent, reliable support to attorneys handling large caseloads
