Schedule : 12-hour shifts, scheduled in blocks

Clinical Details

Setting : Inpatient Mixed ICU (MICU / SICU)

Coverage Focus : MICU patients only

Shift Details : Day / night rotation

2 APPs on during the day

1 APP on overnight

Bed Count : 18-bed unit

Shifts Needed : 35 total shifts between June 29 and Sept 20

Supervision Model : Independent APP coverage within a collaborative ICU team

Patient Volume : Varies within MICU coverage

Requirements

Experience : Minimum 2 years of Critical Care experience as an APP

Certifications : Active state license and relevant critical care credentials
