Outside Sales Representative (1099) – Life Insurance

What You’ll Do :

  • Connect with qualified leads—no cold calling
  • Assess client needs and present tailored life insurance plans

  • Stay informed on industry trends to position our offerings effectively
  • Maintain detailed sales records and meet compliance standards

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven sales experience (insurance / finance is a plus)
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Willing to travel locally with a valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain—we’ll help!)
