What You'll Do : Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizations as required by site-specific policies. Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific protocols. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client standards. Collaborate with client personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment. Minimum Requirements : At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred. Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
