We’re partnering with a growing commercial construction company in Plano that is looking for a Commercial Estimator to lead their estimating department. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join a smaller but rapidly expanding business and make a direct impact.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the full estimating process for commercial construction projects.
• Prepare detailed estimates for ground-up and tenant improvement (TI) projects ranging from $1M–$20M across any sector.
• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids to ensure accurate pricing.
• Work closely with the Partner and project teams to support proposals and preconstruction activities.
• Contribute to department growth and help shape estimating processes as the company scales.
