Wholesale Production Baker

Job Details :

• Seeking an individual with at least 1 year of commercial dessert baking experience.
• A culinary school graduate is a bonus.
• Must be able to scale recipes, and use a digital scale.
• Must be able to lift 50# without distress.
• Must be food safety certified.
• The schedule is approx. 30+ hours per week, 10 hours per shift, early start time Between 2am-3am.
• Must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday, No Exceptions!
• Baking production in high volume bakery sandwiches, burritos, pot pies, scones, muffins, cookies, etc.
