Texas Licensed Inside Sales Agent

A company is looking for a Sales Representative, Inbound Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs

Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders

Participate in paid training and obtain necessary insurance licensing

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales / service-related work experience required

Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently held)

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales

Ability to maintain a professional workspace for remote work

PC proficiency and strong typing capabilities
