Now Hiring : Remote Clinical Psychologist (PsyD / PhD) - Help Redefine Mental Health Care Across California!Location : Visalia, CaliforniaEmployment Type : Full-TimeSalary : $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to provide virtual therapy and / or psychological assessment services to clients across California. This fully remote role is ideal for psychologists who value clinical autonomy, work-life balance, and the opportunity to serve clients in a secure, high-quality telehealth setting.You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that believes mental health professionals deserve the same level of care and respect they provide to clients.What You'll Do : Conduct evidence-based therapy with adults, adolescents, or children via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms. Perform psychological assessments (optional based on interest / expertise), including intakes, psychometrics, and report writing. Develop individualized treatment plans and provide goal-oriented interventions. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our integrated EHR system. Engage in care coordination and collaborate with referring providers, when appropriate. Participate in optional team case consults, training, and professional development. Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards set by the California Board of Psychology. Requirements Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program. Active license as a Psychologist in the state of California (BOP-licensed). Minimum of 1 year post-licensure clinical experience (more preferred). Comfortable delivering therapy and / or assessments via telehealth platforms. Culturally competent, with sensitivity to diverse client backgrounds and experiences. Must reside in California and have a private, secure space for virtual sessions.
