• Partner with compassionate caregivers, physicians, and family members to create a positive and personalized care experience.
• Assess, plan, and coordinate care to ensure residents’ health, comfort, and dignity.
• Administer medications, perform routine wellness checks, and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Serve as a trusted mentor, guiding team members with professionalism, empathy, and passion.
