Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience. Manage staff development of the Restoration Division. Work with the General Manager and Owner to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables. Review, document, and discuss operational outcomes and key measures with the General Manager and Owner. Analyze the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organizations internal capacity. Maintain the development of leadership and management skills, as well as Restoration expertise. High School Diploma / GED required, Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred. Industry certifications strongly preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations. Minimum 3 years management experience. Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills. Effective written and oral communication skills Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects Ability to work with / around cleaning agents Base Salary : $79,000$93,600 annually (based on experience) Bonus : Target of $15,000 annually Total Expected Compensation : $94,000$108,600 Monthly bonus amount is based on achieving operational metrics
