Position Overview

As a Pediatrician with DAP Health, youll provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care for pediatric patientsdelivering preventive, acute, and chronic care in a supportive, team-based environment. Youll collaborate closely with other providers, medical assistants, and mid-level practitioners to ensure every child receives coordinated, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive pediatric care, from well-child visits to chronic disease management

Perform clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment following established care standards

Supervise and collaborate with mid-level providers and clinical support staff

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes

Contribute to DAP Healths Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) program, promoting continuity, prevention, and whole-family health

Qualifications

MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Pediatrics residency

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

Active California medical license and DEA license (or ability to obtain)

Bilingual English / Spanish preferred

EPIC EHR experience and current CPR certification (American Heart Association) preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive annual salary : $290,000 $300,000
