• Description : AtlantiCare is urgently seeking 1-2 PAs for Cardiothoracic Surgery Coverage Practice Setting : Inpatient / Hospital-basedDates of Coverage : ASAP Average Number of Patients Per Day : Operate on 2 / day round on 5–12 patients / day ICU and floor includes consultsSchedule : Weekday weekend and night call coverage needed varied shiftsDocumentation System / EMR : CernerTrauma Level / Designation : NoneWill You Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License? No – need help nowSchedule-Weekday is Monday - Friday- 8 to10 hr days in-house-Night call would start 6 pm - 6 am.-Weekend call Friday at 6pm thru Mon 6am- call and rounding from 7am-12pm Saturday and Sunday Required Procedures : Retrieval of Vascular Tissues for Use as a Bypass ConduitEndoscopic RetrievalChest Tube InsertionsFirst Assist in OR for Cardiac SurgeryRequired Duties : RoundingCoordination of CareAssist in SurgeryDiagnose and Treat IllnessesOrder and Interpret TestsWrite PrescriptionsSuture RemovalEstimated Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days
