Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restoration industry, particularly in areas such as asbestos abatement, mold remediation, fire restoration, and water damage restoration. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to lead projects while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control.

Duties :

• Execute restoration projects including asbestos abatement, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, and water damage restoration.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks related to building and restoring environments.
• Conduct thorough inspections of affected areas to assess damage and determine appropriate restoration methods.
• Maintain cleanliness of work sites and ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for project completion while adhering to timelines.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians on best practices in the restoration industry.
• Communicate with clients regarding project status, expectations, and any necessary follow-up actions.
