Main Roles and Responsibilities of Position :

• Perform mechanical and electrical failure diagnosis and repairs on advanced industrial equipment.
• Equipment types include complex
• pneumatic,
• hydraulic,
• electrical,
• mechanical,
• robotic, (Fanuc, ABB)
• variable frequency and DC drives
• programmable logic controllers (Siemens, Allen Bradley)
• computer controlled systems
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance task ensuring equipment production readiness at all times.
• Communicate with co-workers and management personnel both verbally and written whereby information may be passed that is critical for production readiness.
• Respond to trouble calls in a timely manner eliminating unnecessary downtime.
• Find root cause of failures eliminating repeat failures for the same issue.
• Consistently look for and implement ways to improve equipment reliability.
• Robotic Electrical Troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting skills in Electrical and Automation systems
• Welding and mechanical skills a plus
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
