About the Role :

As our E-commerce Fulfillment Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for our e-commerce clients, ensuring exceptional onboarding, operational excellence, and strong long-term partnerships. Youll act as their advocate within our 3PL, driving performance and growth while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead client onboarding, including system integrations and operational setup.
  • Develop client SOPS
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and proactively resolve issues.
  • Monitor fulfillment KPIs (order accuracy, inventory, returns) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting and business reviews to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with warehouse operations and sales to ensure service excellence.
  • Qualifications :

  • 3+ years in account management, client success, or customer service (3PL or e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment and operational processes.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with WMS and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Tik Tok) required
  • Previous experience with Extensiv highly desired.
  • Previous experience with Freshdesk ticketing system highly desired.
