Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for production skilled trades and administrative roles including interviewing background checks and onboarding.
• Administer HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with federal state and local labor laws and manufacturing-specific regulations (e.g. OSHA).
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on performance management disciplinary actions and conflict resolution addressing shop floor issues.
• Oversee the administration of benefits programs payroll processing support and leave management for a diverse workforce across shifts.
• Facilitate and track employee training and development initiatives including safety training skill development and compliance courses relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs emphasizing safety protocols within a manufacturing environment.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data generating reports as needed for workforce analysis and compliance.
