Identity and Access Management Manager

A company is looking for an Identity and Access Management Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, organization, implementation, and reporting of multiple complex IAM projects

Track performance and budget of the IAM program, proposing KPIs to indicate progress and compliance

Provide guidance on IAM domains and lead interactions with business partners and senior leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of experience managing complex projects

Solid foundation in Identity and Access Management practices

Proficient in Agile methodologies and JIRA

Willingness to pursue IAM-related certifications such as CIAM, CIMP, or CISSP

Strong quantitative skills for data-informed decision-making
