Staff Front End Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Front End Engineer to join their UI Community and enhance the user experience layer of their OT Security Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and evolve scalable UI frameworks and product subsystems

Drive technical strategy and set standards for performance, testing, and maintainability

Lead cross-team initiatives to improve workflows, tooling, and platform reliability

Required Qualifications

6-8+ years of experience with modern front-end stacks (React, TypeScript, Redux, etc.)

Proven experience architecting scalable systems and leading technical direction for front-end applications

Deep understanding of performance optimization and scalable UI architecture

Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineers

Experience with build tools and CI / CD pipelines
