Job description

Responsibilities :

  • You will manage all tooling and machine operations as per schedule without delay.
  • You will ensure compliance with contract specifications for each project.
  • You will effectively manage customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • You will lead vendor selection, evaluation / audit and integration for business-critical tools, achieving percent improvement in operational efficiency.
  • You will validate the real time data provided by vendors for any discrepancy.
  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring competitive pricing and quality delivery.
  • You will plan preventive maintenance activities based on production plan.
  • You will troubleshoot quality issues in parts and find the countermeasure.
  • You will perform trial and error run for new dies.
  • Moulding, casting, sheetmetal.

Requirements :

  • You should be willing to travel within USA.
  • Tooling expert background - All Foundry Tooling - High Pressure Die Casting, Gravity dies.
  • Can expand later to stamping dies.
  • Travel – %.
  • Supplier base - Spread across USA.
  • Work location - CAT / Onward facility.
