Your Role as an RN at Gallagher Hospice :

Provide compassionate care to hospice patients by assessing their needs, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating services to ensure comfort and well-being.

Collaborate with a skilled interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimize patient outcomes.

Utilize your expertise to provide specialized care, facilitate seamless transitions for patients, and support their families during challenging times.

• Flexible scheduling with day shifts, Monday to Friday (with on-call rotation)
