We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our customer's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. You will work closely with customers and technicians to implement innovative solutions that enhance our customer's operational capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in systems engineering and have experience with various operating systems, software and hardware vendors, and various disciplines of IT.
- Provide Remote and Onsite IT support for customers for various products.
- Ensure the best practices and procedures are being implemented for all services provided.
- Main point of contact for critical customer issues.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior IT staff members.
- All aspects of IT support for customer service falls under this role.
- Assist with other technicians with complex problem solving on a variety of projects
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions
- Document technical issues and resolutions in a timely manner for company policies and customer documentation.
- Follow established procedures for incident management and service requests
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role with a strong focus on systems engineering.
- Proficiency in managing operating systems, including Windows and Linux environments.
- Competent in managing Microsoft 365 full suite.
- Competent in Networking firewall configuration(various vendors).
- Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, WAN / LAN, and VoIP.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve high level IT issues independently.
