About the Role

Our client offers an innovative virtual therapy model that integrates live video sessions with interactive digital resources, designed to enhance treatment outcomes and expand access to care. As a part-time therapist, you'll deliver short-term, evidence-based mental health treatment to a diverse clientele, all from the comfort of your chosen workspace.

Responsibilities

Provide live, video-based therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches

Maintain a part-time caseload with varied and diverse clinical needs

Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance therapeutic outcomes

Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to each client's background and needs

Engage in regular one-on-one meetings, peer collaboration, and ongoing training

Utilize expert clinical consultation and on-demand support for complex cases

Adapt to evolving processes and contribute to a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

Requirements

Master's degree in a relevant clinical field (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)

Unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) with no disciplinary history

Demonstrated experience in evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT)

Competency in managing risk and addressing clinical crises when needed

Proficiency in delivering therapy via video platforms

Comfortable maintaining a 19-slot weekly availability for client sessions

Self-motivated with strong time-management and scheduling skills

Must reside in the United States full-time
