About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Growth and Strategy Officer (CGSO) to join their founding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational launch and scaling of home and community-based services (HCBS) across multiple states. This includes owning all state filings, readiness checklists, and first-claim timelines, as well as standing up essential systems such as EVV, scheduling, payroll, and claims. The CGSO will also serve as the Chief Compliance Officer, ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance with all state, CMS, and managed-care requirements. A key aspect of the role is M&A execution, which involves partnering with PE sponsors, integrating new entities, and safeguarding clinical quality. The successful candidate will be a mission-driven leader, capable of recruiting and coaching regional leaders, and will be expected to embed a compliance-first, data-obsessed culture.

Applicants for the CGSO position at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in building or turning around HCBS or home health agencies in two or more states. The role requires a proven track record of taking entities from initial application to first paid claim, as well as experience in scaling through de-novo launches and M&A integration. Deep knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including §1915(c) / (k) waivers, CMS-855A, and HIPAA, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a leadership style that balances urgency with process discipline and a strong background in negotiating multi-state MCO / MA contracts. A builder's mindset, a compliance-first approach, and a people-centric, relentless but humble attitude are highly valued.
